Important Tariff Updates

As of February 24th, a temporary U.S. tariff has taken effect for up to 150 days at a rate of 10%. Orders valued over the $800 de minimis threshold are currently not subject to this temporary tariff. We are closely monitoring federal updates to understand how they apply to prescription shipments and ensure compliance.

It is important to understand two key points:

  1. This is a temporary measure.
The 10% tariff is authorized for up to 150 days. After that period, the U.S. government may revise, extend, increase, or remove it. At this time, what happens beyond the 150-day window remains uncertain.
  2. The rate could increase during this period.
While the tariff is currently set at 10%, the legislation allows it to rise to 15% within the 150-day timeframe. We are actively monitoring any changes and will communicate updates if they affect your prescription order.

Recent changes to U.S. tariff and cross-border shipping policies have raised understandable questions for patients ordering medications from Canada and other international sources.

We will continue to provide clear, informative updates to help you understand what is happening and how it may affect your prescriptions.
