Shipments Have Resumed and New Features
Important Update: Shipping Has Resumed
We’re pleased to announce that shipping has resumed following recent updates to U.S. import regulations.
Background
As of August 29th, 2025, the U.S. eliminated the de minimis exemption for low-value, duty-free imports. This change initially caused temporary customs delays and pricing adjustments as we worked with our partners to understand the full impact.
Current Shipping Status
We have now completed our testing phase and confirmed that both our Canadian and international pharmacies have resumed shipping. Orders are once again being processed and shipped as normal.
-
Canadian Orders: Fully operational — Canada Post has fully resumed. Rapid Airmail is fully operational now. We are now using a new carrier for our Rapid Airmail. Still offering patients an exceptional delivery service they were used to. The new carrier does require a passport (foreign passports and expired passports are acceptable) in order prevent any unexpected delays.
-
Overseas Orders: Shipping has resumed.
Tariff Update:
Due to the recent removal of the de minimis exemption, U.S. Customs and Border Protection may now apply tariffs or duties on imported medications. These fees vary depending on country of origin, and declared value. We are working closely with our pharmacy partners to minimize any additional costs and ensure transparent pricing. If any applicable tariffs are identified, they will be communicated clearly before shipment.
